This course is a powerful invitation to begin a path of self-discovery and personal growth—helping you experience greater presence, mindfulness, and awareness in every aspect of your life. This six-week course meets live on Zoom every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST, starting February 1st and concluding March 8th, 2026. Each hour includes a 45-minute teaching segment followed by group discussion and Q&A with Diana.
