Sunday Morning Sound Meditation with Suburbanoid

Experience Suburbanoid's blissful sound meditation tuned to 432Hz. This session features a mix of live instruments, including fusion sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, guitar with an electric bow, koshi chimes, gong, kalimba, synthesizers, sound loops, and vocals. It's a chance to relax, reconnect, and center yourself. 

Music and sound can enhance focus during meditation, guiding the mind towards positive energy and facilitating deep relaxation, allowing for rejuvenation of the body, mind, and spirit. As Alan Watts suggested, "The best way to get into the meditative state is to begin by listening."

Feel free to bring yoga mats and blankets; chairs and back jacks will also be available for comfort.

Important Arrival Information:

**The Meditation Mount gates open 30 minutes before the event, giving you time to arrive mindfully, connect with the landscape, and witness the sunset. Please note that gates close 30 minutes after the event begins, and late entry will not be permitted.

To preserve Meditation Mount as a sacred space, we have a policy of no pets, no picnics, and no alcohol. Thank you for understanding and honoring this request.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so by emailing Connect@meditationmount.org. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the event time are eligible for a full refund minus a $1.00 service fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
