Sunset Yoga & Sound Meditation with Elizabeth Del Negro

Welcome! You are invited to join us at Meditation Mount for yoga and a sound meditation on Thursday evenings at sunset. Led by experienced yoga teacher and healer Elizabeth Del Negro, the session begins with a peaceful yoga flow—designed for all ages and mobility levels—followed by a deeply calming crystal singing bowl meditation as we gather to watch the sun set over the Ojai Valley.

What to Bring:

• Yoga Mat

• Optional props (bolster, pillow, blocks)

• A blanket or shawl for added comfort during meditation

Location:

The class will be held outdoors at the Viewpoint or inside our panoramic Auditorium, depending on weather conditions.

Arrival Details:

• The gate opens 30 minutes before the event begins to allow time for grounding and quiet reflection.

• The gate closes 30 minutes after the start time; no late entry will be permitted.

• Event duration includes time to explore the property, connect with others, and visit the International Garden of Peace.

Cancellation Policy:

This event requires at least five registered attendees. If less than five guests are registered, it is subject to cancellation. You will be notified via email within eight hours of the event should the event be canceled due to registration, and a full refund will be issued minus a $1.00 service charge. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so by emailing Connect@meditationmount.org. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the event time are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
