About the event
Your breath mirrors your life. The way we breathe reflects the way we move through the world — how present we are, how we respond to life, and how deeply we allow ourselves to live. Most people never stop long enough to notice it.
As we move into the summer season, Finding Your North Star offers an opportunity to pause, quiet the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself through the breath.
Held amidst the breathtaking landscape of Meditation Mount, this immersive one-day retreat centers around the transformative power of the breath — and the profound clarity that can emerge when the mind begins to quiet.
Through guided breathwork experiences, meditation, movement, nature, and intentional stillness, participants are invited to deepen presence, reconnect with themselves, and gain perspective on where they are, what matters most, and what is calling them forward.
Because clarity does not arrive through constant thinking.
It emerges when the mind becomes quiet enough to truly listen.
Before clarity comes stillness.
Before direction comes reconnection.
This retreat is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you are beneath the noise, the expectations, and the constant movement of life.
Together, we create space to breathe more consciously, live more presently, and reconnect with what feels true.
No previous breathwork or meditation experience is needed.

Lene McNair is a breathwork facilitator whose work is shaped by the Arctic landscape of her home in Tromsø, Northern Norway. There, in an environment where silence, breath, and presence become deeply tangible, she found inspiration in the North Star—the timeless guiding point people have used for centuries to orient themselves and move forward with clarity. Drawing on the stillness and spaciousness of the Arctic, Lene's practices help participants quiet their minds, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner compass.
To preserve Meditation Mount as a sacred space, we have a policy of no pets, no picnics and no alcohol.
