About the event
Join Lene McNair for a powerful evening of guided breathwork and gong sound healing at the breathtaking Meditation Mount Viewpoint as the sun sets over the Ojai Valley. Breathwork is a deeply personal and experiential practice, where no two experiences are ever the same. One thing is certain — you will leave feeling different than when you arrived.
The evening begins with an introduction to the breathwork practice and what participants may experience throughout the session. Lene will gently guide the group through the full breathwork experience, creating a safe and supportive space to quiet the mind, clear emotional and mental noise, release old patterns, and reconnect with what feels true.
As breath, music, and sound come together beneath the evening sky, participants are invited into a deeper sense of presence, connection, and inner stillness.
No previous breathwork experience is needed.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and blanket. We also recommend avoiding a large meal at least two hours before class.
Must be 18 years or older to attend.
Class length: 90 minutes
About Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful and experiential practice for self-discovery, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
By working consciously with the breath, participants are invited to quiet the mind, reconnect with the body, and release patterns, stress, and emotional buildup that may no longer serve them.
Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling calmer, clearer, more grounded, and deeply present.
The experience is supported by a carefully curated music journey designed to help participants stay connected to the breath and fully immersed in the process.
During the session, some people may experience physical sensations such as tingling, warmth, emotional release, or shifts in awareness. Every experience is unique.
Breathwork is different for everyone — and different every time.
Health Considerations
Breathwork can involve intense physical and emotional experiences and may not be suitable for everyone.
This practice is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or who have certain cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or severe mental health conditions.
If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler and consult both your healthcare provider and the facilitator before attending.
If you have any medical concerns or are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, please consult your physician prior to participation.

Lene McNair is a breathwork facilitator whose work is shaped by the Arctic landscape of her home in Tromsø, Northern Norway. There, in an environment where silence, breath, and presence become deeply tangible, she found inspiration in the North Star—the timeless guiding point people have used for centuries to orient themselves and move forward with clarity. Drawing on the stillness and spaciousness of the Arctic, Lene's practices help participants quiet their minds, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner compass.
