Meditation Mount is pleased to present a six-week online course taught by Diana Lang. Learn to Meditate will provide you with the necessary tools and knowledge to establish your own meditation practice, incorporating various techniques and offering a comprehensive understanding of meditation's benefits and applications. In this course, you will learn how to meditate and to apply spiritual principles in your daily life. You will gain a solid foundation in meditation while embarking on a transformative journey towards inner peace, clarity, and overall well-being. Learn to Meditate will be conducted live online, Sundays from 11:00 am to 12:00pm PT, beginning February 9th for six weeks, ending on March 16th. Each session will begin with a recorded 45-minute teaching segment, ending with dedicated time for group discussion and Q&A with Diana.
