About the event
Join interdisciplinary vocalist and vocal embodiment coach Odeya Nini in Garden House for Free The Resonant Voice, a two hour workshop exploring the liberating, transformative power of your voice.
This is vocal embodiment for your whole being: body, mind, soul, and the unique expression of your sound. Through imagination, play, movement, and song, we'll practice exercises that release what's been holding your voice back and transform your relationship with it from the inside out.
This practice is for every human. You don't need to be a singer or have any experience. We are all instruments of vibration, and your voice, exactly as it is, holds truth and beauty waiting to be freed.
Together, we will:
• Engage in somatic practices that dissolve physical and emotional tension
• Let breath and vibration guide us into dynamic, liberatory self expression
• Experience the profound joy of surrendering to our voice
Come discover what becomes possible when you free your resonant voice to express the fullness of who you are.
