Join us for a sacred hour of group creative meditation, where the collective energy of a unified heart mind creates something far greater than individual practice alone. In our intimate meditation sanctuary, the pure resonance of Tibetan singing bowls and the Gong's transformative vibrations provide a foundation for our shared spiritual work.

Through the transformative power of group meditation, we tap into the profound truth that when heart minds unite in creative spiritual purpose, they generate a field that serves the greater good. Drawing from ancient wisdom teachings about group work and the Pathway to Spiritual Approach, we come together not just for personal peace, but as conscious instruments of healing for our world.

This is creative meditation in its truest sense—where our collective focus becomes a living force of light, love, and devotion that radiates outward, touching and uplifting all life. Together, we participate in the sacred work of planetary healing through the transformative power of unified consciousness.

Following our hour-long Group Creative Meditation with Sound, you'll have an additional 30 minutes to explore the beautiful grounds and continue integrating the peaceful energy of your meditation experience.

Come with an open heart and mind, ready to serve through presence. We provide everything for your comfort: back supports, mats, and water.

Space is limited to 25 people to maintain a circle setting.

Since beginning her spiritual journey in 2014, she has been deeply drawn to meditation, sound therapy, and ancient wisdom teachings that illuminate the path to inner transformation.

Through her treasured collection of Tibetan singing bowls and sacred instruments, Karina lovingly creates healing frequencies that help awaken the profound stillness and peace that lives within each of us.

Embracing her role as an eternal student of life's sacred mysteries, she serves as a gentle conduit of healing energy, dedicated to uplifting and inspiring all who cross her path.

Arrival guidelines: The Meditation Mount gate opens 30 minutes before the session begins, creating space for quiet reflection and communion with the land. To honor the sacred container we create together, gates close 15 minutes after the session starts, with no late entry permitted.

To preserve Meditation Mount as a sacred space, we have a policy of no pets, no picnics, and no alcohol.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Should we need to cancel an event or visitation experience, we will notify you via email within eight hours of the scheduled event time and issue a full refund. To cancel your reservation, please contact Connect@meditationmount.org. Refunds are subject to $1 processing fee per ticket. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling to another date incurs no additional cost.
