New Year's Eve Intention Setting Circle

We warmly welcome you to join us for a contemplative gathering at Meditation Mount to reflect on the past year and to set intentions for the year ahead.  This two-hour morning circle offers a time to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives within your Soul.  When we set intentions with an open heart, from a place of authenticity, the Soul answers—illuminating the way forward.

Please bring a journal, writing utensil and an open heart.

Katharine O'Neal is a devoted guide on the inward path, helping seekers rediscover their essential nature.  As Director of Meditation Mount, Katharine nurtures the organization's vision of fostering right human relations and collective spiritual growth. Her journey has led her to weave together the practical wisdom of both creative expression and financial stewardship—holding a BFA in Dramatic Art and an MBA in Finance—with the sacred practices of energy healing and transformational coaching.  

As a Certified Life Coach and Reiki Master, Katharine has cultivated a deep reverence for the wisdom of intuition, the natural rhythms of seasonal living, and the transformative power of creative meditation.  She works intimately with individuals in her private practice and creates sacred space through workshops and retreats, inviting others into their own journey of self-discovery and spiritual unfolding.  

Katharine is a spirited seeker who finds joy in reading, cooking, meditation, surfing, skiing, and her dedicated yoga practice. She delights in the richness of deep spiritual conversation and the beautiful connections that blossom when kindred souls gather in authentic community.

Arrival guidelines: The Meditation Mount gate will open at 10:00 AM offering you time to arrive, connect with the land, and settle in. Please note that the circle will begin promptly at 10:30 AM. To honor the sacred container we create together, the Meditation Mount gate will close at 10:30 AM when the circle begins, with no late entry permitted.

To preserve Meditation Mount as a sacred space, we have a policy of no pets, no picnics, and no alcohol.
