About the event
Join us for a meaningful and interactive workshop where we’ll explore the six Principles and Pathways that lie at the heart of our Creative Meditation practice. This gathering is an opportunity not only to deepen your understanding of these guiding principles but also to immerse yourself in the peace and beauty of Meditation Mount.
In January and February, we’ll focus specifically on the Pathway of Right Human Relations, coming together twice a month to meditate on and reflect upon this theme.
During this workshop, we will:
- Introduce the six Principles and Pathways of Creative Meditation
- Meditate together as a group
- Share insights and experiences from our meditation in a supportive group setting
- Set an intention to enrich our lives and deepen our meditation practice through the Principles and Pathways
- Engage in a ritual to embody this intention
- Conclude with a closing group meditation
