Sunday Morning Sound Meditation with Suburbanoid

Experience Suburbanoid's blissful sound meditation in 432Hz tuning, featuring a blend of live instruments such as fusion sitar, tibetan singing bowls, guitar with an electric bow, Koshi chimes, gong, kalimba, synthesizers, sound loops, and vocals. It's a chance to relax, reconnect, and center yourself.

Using music and sound aids in concentration during meditation, directing the mind towards positive vibrations and easing into deep relaxation, allowing rejuvenation of body, mind, and spirit. As Alan Watts said, "The best way to get into the meditative state is to begin by listening."

Feel free to bring yoga mats and blankets; chairs and back jacks will also be available for your comfort.

The Meditation Mount gate will open 30 minutes before the event starts, allowing guests to center themselves and connect with the land. The gate will close 30 minutes after the event starts, and entry will not be admitted after that.

Cancellation Policy:

This event requires at least five registered attendees. If less than five guests are registered it is subject to cancellation. You will be notified via email within eight hours of the event should the event be canceled due to registration and a full refund will be issued. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so by emailing Connect@meditationmount.org. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the event time are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
