Sunday Morning Sound Meditation with Suburbanoid

Experience Suburbanoid's blissful sound meditation tuned to 432Hz. This session features a mix of live instruments, including fusion sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, guitar with an electric bow, koshi chimes, gong, kalimba, synthesizers, sound loops, and vocals. It's a chance to relax, reconnect, and center yourself. 

Music and sound can enhance focus during meditation, guiding the mind towards positive energy and facilitating deep relaxation, allowing for rejuvenation of the body, mind, and spirit. As Alan Watts suggested, "The best way to get into the meditative state is to begin by listening."

Feel free to bring yoga mats and blankets; chairs and back jacks will also be available for comfort.

The gate to Meditation Mount will open 30 minutes before the event, allowing attendees to settle in and connect with the surroundings. Entry will not be permitted after the event starts, with the gate closing 30 minutes later after the start time.

Cancellation Policy:

This event requires at least five registered attendees. If less than five guests are registered, it is subject to cancellation. You will be notified via email within eight hours of the event should the event be canceled due to registration, and a full refund will be issued. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so by emailing Connect@meditationmount.org. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the event time are eligible for a full refund minus the $1.00 service fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
