Sunset Yoga & Meditation with Lee Ann McGuire

Welcome! You are invited to join us at Meditation Mount for a yoga experience led by yoga teacher Lee Ann McGuire, overlooking the beautiful Ojai Valley in our Auditorium.

This is a time to connect with your mind, heart, and body amidst the picturesque garden surroundings. The session will begin with a gentle yoga flow, integrating breath with gentle movement suitable for all ages and levels of mobility.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may find useful, such as a bolster, pillow, or blocks. 

The Meditation Mount gate will open 30 minutes prior to the event start time, allowing guests to center themselves and connect with the land. The gate will close, and entry will not be admitted 30 minutes after the event start time.

Please note that the event time listed includes time for community connection and to explore the property and the International Garden of Peace.

About the Facilitator:

Lee Ann McGuire's journey in health and fitness began in 1995 when she took a martial arts class for self-defense. After 20 years of studying Tae Kwon Do, earning 3 black belts, practicing Qigong and the healing arts, and teaching aerobics, kickboxing, and Pilates, she found a different path in yoga. Yoga enables us to maintain flexibility, strength, and a community of practitioners who come together for stress and anxiety relief. Today, Lee Ann teaches gentle yoga classes in Ventura based on Tibetan Buddhist meditation.

Cancellation Policy:

This event requires at least five registered attendees. If less than five guests are registered it is subject to cancellation. You will be notified via email within eight hours of the event should the event be canceled due to registration and a full refund will be issued. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so by emailing Connect@meditationmount.org. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the event time are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
