About the event

We are living in extraordinary times — navigating global uncertainty, personal challenges, illness, loss, and a world that can feel overwhelming. In the midst of it all, it’s easy to lose touch with what truly matters to us and what we’re here to stand for.

This experiential 2-hour workshop invites you to slow down, drop into your body and heart, and reconnect with your deepest yes and your clearest no. Through guided meditation, somatic exercises, and time on the land, you’ll access an inner compass that no amount of outer chaos can take away.

You won’t just leave with insight — you’ll leave with a plan.

In the warmth of a supportive community, you’ll be witnessed in your truth, explore what you’re ready to say yes to and what you’re finally ready to release, and partner with an accountability buddy who will walk forward with you. You’ll craft a clear, grounded 90-day action plan rooted in what matters most to you. This workshop is for anyone who is ready to stop waiting for the turbulence to settle — and start living and leading from the inside out.

Carley Hauck, M.A., brings over 25 years of meditation practice and was senior faculty at Stanford and Stanford’s Center for Integrative Medicine designing courses on well being and conscious leadership. She was part of pioneering research with the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine examining the impact of mindfulness and meditation on longevity and disease prevention. As a conscious leadership expert and executive coach, Carley integrates contemplative science, integrative medicine, and embodied leadership to create trauma-sensitive, heart-centered spaces where individuals & leadership teams reconnect to clarity, courage, and aligned action. Carley is the author of Shine: Ignite your inner game to lead consciously at work and in the world.
