About the event
Experience breath as the flowing of Spirit through you. Join us in our beautiful panoramic auditorium for a 90-minute workshop led by Richard Wegman. This immersive experience is designed to:
Reduce anxiety and stress
Deepen your connection with breath and body
Enhance self-awareness
Explore your Essential Divinity
Richard will guide you through six pranayama (breathing techniques), weaving in philosophy, personal stories, and time for self-reflection. Through gentle instruction and guided practice, you'll discover how conscious breathing can transform your relationship with yourself. The workshop concludes with a guided meditation to integrate your experience.
We provide seating options for your comfort, though you're invited to bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and any additional items—such as cushions, bolsters, or eye masks—that will support and enhance your sound meditation experience.
"The process of breathing is much more than an essential function of your physical body. Indeed, it is the flowing of Spirit to you, and through you." A. Hicks

Richard is a breathwork workshop facilitator, 30-year yoga teacher (500-hour certification), activist, Reiki healer, and author of the new book "The Path of Breath," exploring your connection to source through the breath.
