About the event
Join us for a yoga practice that honors both the body's need for movement and the soul's longing for stillness. This offering invites you into a sacred space where physical practice becomes a moving meditation, guiding you toward deeper connection with yourself and the wisdom that lives within.
Through thoughtfully crafted sequences and creative flow, we explore yoga as a pathway to self-discovery—moving beyond physical postures into the subtle energies and spiritual truths that yoga reveals. Each class integrates contemplative pauses and insights from yogic philosophy, creating an experience that nourishes both body and spirit.
The movements are designed to support healthy circulation, joint mobility, and energetic balance while inviting you into moments of stillness where true transformation happens. Whether you're flowing through dynamic sequences or resting in quiet awareness, you'll be guided to listen deeply to your body's intelligence and honor what arises.
This practice welcomes all levels and all bodies. Modifications and variations are offered throughout, ensuring that everyone can participate fully while being appropriately challenged. Come as you are—whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years—and discover how movement and meditation can work together to create wholeness, presence, and peace.
We provide yoga mats for your use, though you're invited to bring your own mat and any additional props—such as blocks, bolsters, or blankets—that will support and enhance your personal practice.

Lee Ann McGuire's wellness journey began in 1995 with a martial arts class for self-defense. What started as a practical pursuit became a passionate 20-year dedication to Tae Kwon Do, where she earned three black belts while exploring Qigong and the healing arts. She became a certified instructor in aerobics, kickboxing, and Pilates, sharing her knowledge with countless students.
However, it was yoga that ultimately called to Lee Ann's heart. She discovered that yoga provides not only physical benefits of flexibility and strength, but also creates a sacred community of practitioners seeking relief from stress and anxiety.
Today, Lee Ann brings her wealth of experience to gentle yoga classes in Ventura, teaching with a foundation rooted in Tibetan Buddhist meditation. Her classes offer students a peaceful sanctuary where movement, breath, and mindfulness unite to create lasting transformation.
