Chakra Balancing

Service Description

We have vortices of energy called chakras along the spine and in our hands, feet, knees, elbows and outside the body as well. The practitioner uses a pendulum, hand movements and rattles to open and clear each chakra and with the client visualizes various colors and uses sound through vocal toning to clear and recalibrate the body and being. We gently release that which no longer serves and raise our vibration to a higher frequency. Lida Martin has over thirty years experience in massage and bodywork, teaching yoga and meditation.
